Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan. One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here. We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided. Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on. Zucchini Noodles

- 3 Medium to Large zuchinnis
- 2 cup(s) Walden Tomato Basil Sauce or Sugar Free, carb free, cal free Marinara
- 1 pinch(es) Sea Salt
- 1 pinch(es) Black Pepper
- 1 pinch(es) Seasonings of your choce
Zucchini Noodles Directions
- Wash the zucchini and use a julienne peeler or Veggetti to slice the zucchini into noodle strands . You can either boil, sautee or microwave the noodles.
- If you microwave, place the noodles in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. If you boil, 25-30 seconds should be enough. Make sure to watch them carefully, so they don’t overcook and become soggy, or sautee in olive oil with garlic and seasoning to desired tenderness.
- Toss the noodles in some salt and pepper, to taste. Heat up the pasta sauce and add any additional veggies to taste. Please enjoy this as your veggie with your ITG lunch or have as your dinner with 8 oz of lean protein added.
- Put the pasta sauce on the noodles and enjoy!
