We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided. Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on. - 1 Packet ITG Plain Pancake
- 1 Packet ITG Maple Oatmeal
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
- 1 Egg or Egg White (beaten)
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
- 4 ounce(s) Water
- 1 teaspoon(s) Spenda, Stevia, etc.
- 0.75 Zuchinni (finely grated, squeeze out all juices)
Cinnamon Maple Zucchini Oatmeal Muffins Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Mix wet ingredients together add to dry ingredients, mix until batter is smooth. (zuchinni is optional).
- Fill 4 non-stick pan muffin holes approx 2/3 full. Should be enough batter for 4 muffins (2 ITG servings).
- Bake for 15-20 mins. Serve warm.
