Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast

- 1 8 oz. Chicken Breast
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) Paprika
- 1 teaspoon(s) White Pepper
- 0.5 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
- 0.5 cup(s) Spinach (wilted)
- 0.5 cup(s) Baby Bella Mushrooms (sauteed)
- 2 ounce(s) Walden Tomato Basil Sauce
- 1 pinch(es) Sea Salt
Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast Directions
- Preheat oven to 300
- Season chicken with paprika, salt, and white pepper.
- Place spinach, and mushrooms onto chicken breast and roll.
- Bake in 300˚ oven until the internal temperature reaches 155˚.
- Serve with Walden Tomato Basil Sauce if desired.
So I'm not sure if I actually made this recipe properly, but the amount of paprika should be halved. Also some sort of breading on the chicken would make this dish better. Maybe the chicken needs to sit in the spices with some sort of sauce, so it can absorb the flavors.
