Roasted Okra

For 4 people ()
Recipe
- 1 Group of Okra
- 2 teaspoon(s) Olive Oil
- 1 pinch(es) Sea Salt
- 1 pinch(es) Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Okra Directions
- Toss in olive oil, salt, & pepper.
- Roast in the oven at 425 degrees for 10-20 minutes depending on how much you want them cooked.
- Tastes like fried okra!
This is a great recipe. I cook this often. Plus I love okra.
