We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided. Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on. Salsa

Ingredients
For 2 people ()
Recipe
- 1 cup(s) fresh chopped roma tomatoes (or tomatoes of your choice)
- 3 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoon(s) finely chopped onion
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
- 1 pinch(es) cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 ounce(s) fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 dash(es) salt and pepper to taste
Salsa Directions
- Puree ingredients in food processor for smooth salsa or chop ingredients by
hand for chunkier salsa. - Add spices and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or more to allow flavors to blend.
- modifications: Add chopped jalapeno or chipotle peppers.
- Makes 1-2 serving

WOW!!! I made this last night and it was amazing! I put it on top of my grilled chicken and had sliced cucumbers on the side.
