Asparagus Guacamole

- 12 Cooked Asparagus Spears- Chopped
- 1 Chopped Green Chile
- 0.5 Chopped Jalapeno
- 0.5 Chopped Sweet Onion
- 1 dash(es) Nutmeg
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 teaspoon(s) Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
- 1 dash(es) Salt and Pepper to Taste
Asparagus Guacamole Directions
- Blend or puree all ingredients to desired consistency.
This is so good - used lime instead of lemon juice, and garlic powder and a little cumin instead of nutmeg - but it was just like avocado guac!
