We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided. Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on. - 2 teaspoon(s) Dried Parsley
- 2 teaspoon(s) Italian Seasoning
- 1.5 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) Fennel Seeds (we use whole, but you can crush the 1/2 tsp of whole seeds if you'd like)
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) Paprika
- 1 teaspoon(s) Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) Minced Garlic (we use fresh)
- 1 teaspoon(s) Minced Onion (we use fresh)
- 2 pound(s) Ground Beef (or Chicken or Turkey)
Sausage Seasoning Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Can be rolled into sausage form, made into patties and grilled or evenly divided into a muffin pan and baked at 450 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes.
