Hamburger Cabbage Stir-Fry

Ingredients

- 1 pound(s) lean ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 16 ounce(s) coleslaw mix
- 8 ounce(s) fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoon(s) low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
- 1 pinch(es) ginger
- 1 pinch(es) cayenne
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoon(s) Splenda, optional
- 1 bunch green onions, cut on bias
Hamburger Cabbage Stir-Fry Directions
- In wok or large skillet, brown ground beef with garlic, salt, and pepper. Drain.
- Add the mushrooms and cabbage, and cook until cabbage is tender but still a crisp texture.
- Add remaining ingredients and continue to stir fry. Adjust seasoning as desired.
