We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided. Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on. Veggie Protein Shake

Ingredients

Recipe
- ice as desired
- fresh mint to taste (optional)
- 1 dash(es) cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 Packet Fruit Drink Mix of your choice
- 1 - 8 inch cucumber, peeled (scoop out seeds if desired)
- 1 dash(es) lemon or lime juice (optional)
- 1 cup(s) fresh spinach or kale
- 8 ounce(s) water
Veggie Protein Shake Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a Magic Bullet, Ninja, or blender (some older blenders may not crush ice enough to work well)
- Blend until smooth consistency and enjoy. Pour into ITG Shaker bottle with blender ball to keep the shake well mixed, or add cayenne pepper and drink it fast!
