We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided. Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on. Cinnamon Baked "Apples"

For 4 Servings(s) ()
Recipe
- 4 zucchini
- 4 tablespoon(s) walden farms apple butter
- 1 teaspoon(s) allspice
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
Cinnamon Baked "Apples" Directions
- Peel zucchini or leave skin on, cut lengthwise then across into ‘apple slices’. Remove seeds if necessary.
- Place in mixing bowl and drizzle with a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
- Stir in 4 tablespoons of Walden Farms Apple Butter, and a teaspoon of allspice.
- Mix with spoon or hands and spread out into a glass dish, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake in oven at 350* for up to 30-45 minutes or until ‘apples’ are at desired tenderness.
- Sprinkle with an additional quarter teaspoon of cinnamon when done baking if desired.
- Optional: Crush 1 packet of ITG Vanilla Cinnamon O's on top for "crust" toward end of baking.

This is one of my favorite recipes on here. My husband has a hard time getting his veggies in so I made this and didn't tell him it was zucchini and he LOVED it!
This is one of my favorite recipes on here. My husband has a hard time getting his veggies in so I made this and didn't tell him it was zucchini and he LOVED it!
Made this for my treat and my two girlfriends ate all of it thinking it was apple slices. Love this dish!
