Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Asian Ground Turkey Wraps

Ingredients

For 4 people ()

Recipe

  • 1 pound(s) ground turkey/chicken or lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon(s) fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic, minced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) mushroom, diced
  • 1 handful(s) fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce or Braggs
  • 1 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
  • part(s) lettuce leaves, romaine works well
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Asian Spice or seasoning

Asian Ground Turkey Wraps Directions

  1. Place cilantro aside.
  2. Brown the ground turkey with the vegetables and seasonings.
  3. Serve in a lettuce wrap and sprinkle with cilantro.
