Asian Ground Turkey Wraps

Recipe
- 1 pound(s) ground turkey/chicken or lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon(s) fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup(s) mushroom, diced
- 1 handful(s) fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce or Braggs
- 1 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
- part(s) lettuce leaves, romaine works well
- 1 teaspoon(s) Asian Spice or seasoning
Asian Ground Turkey Wraps Directions
- Place cilantro aside.
- Brown the ground turkey with the vegetables and seasonings.
- Serve in a lettuce wrap and sprinkle with cilantro.
