Hi Sasha,

Well my coach told me that it's limited to one time per day because it's higher in carbs. The other two ITG items you eat daily are very low in carbs so it's about not going to high in carbs so that you burn fat for energy. I think it's called ketosis. It can and will slow down your weight loss if you have more than one limited food per day trust me I know! HA :S
