  • 0.33 part(s) Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Ginger (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice and lemon zest
  • 1 pinch(es) Sea Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon Mustard (more to taste)

Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix.  Some people add filtered water to lighten up the texture.  Place in a glass container and refrigerate between uses.
