Ingredients

For 4 people ()

Recipe

  • 1 packet of any ITG pudding
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 oz. water
  • 1 packet of stevia/splenda
  • 1 small capful of vanilla

Baked Pudding Soufflé Directions

  1. 1 small soufflé dish/stoneware, toaster oven
  2. Blend all above ingredients; pour into small baking dish sprayed with non-stick zero calorie cooking spray.  Bake at *350 for 30 minutes, depends on your oven.

I found this to be a great way to change up the puddings if you feel like doing a little baking.
