- 1 tablespoon(s) roasted garlic
- 0.5 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 0.25 cup(s) sour cream
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) Chipotle powder
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
Roasted Garlic Chipotle Aioli Directions
- Bring the eggs to room temperature by soaking in warm water for 2 minutes
- Separate and add the yolk, garlic, mustard and lemon juice in a food processor, season with salt and pepper
- Blend completely, and continue to run food processor while slowly mixing in olive oil
- Once everything comes together, add the sour cream and chipotle, mixing well
- Yields 1 cup. Serve as a garnish over meats or vegetables
