Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon(s) roasted garlic
  • 0.5 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 cup(s) sour cream
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) Chipotle powder
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

Roasted Garlic Chipotle Aioli Directions

  1. Bring the eggs to room temperature by soaking in warm water for 2 minutes
  2. Separate and add the yolk, garlic, mustard and lemon juice in a food processor, season with salt and pepper
  3. Blend completely, and continue to run food processor while slowly mixing in olive oil
  4. Once everything comes together, add the sour cream and chipotle, mixing well
  5. Yields 1 cup. Serve as a garnish over meats or vegetables
