- 1 onion
- sea salt
- garlic powder
- cayenne pepper
- 1 crushed melba toast (optional, Step 3)
- fresh black pepper
Baked Onion Directions
- preheat oven to 350
- set peeled onion upright on a sheet of foil
- make several deep slices in the onion without cutting completely through
- sprinkle with the seasonings
- optional (Step 3): sprinkle melba toast on top
- place in oven
- bake until onion is soft, about 20 mins
