- 2 cup(s) finely riced, raw cauliflower
- 2 tablespoon(s) minced jalapeno
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoon(s) melted butter
- 0.33 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup(s) grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon(s) dried onion flakes
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) sea salt
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 0.25 cup(s) coconut flour
Jalapeno Cheddar Cauliflower "Muffins" Directions
- Combine the cauliflower, jalapeno, eggs, add melted butter in a medium bowl.
- Add the grated cheeses and mix well.
- Stir in the onion flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, baking powder and coconut flour until thoroughly combined.
