- 1 cup(s) orange juice
- 0.33 cup(s) low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
- 2 (3/4 pound) whole pork tenderloins
- salt and fresh black pepper to tase
Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin Directions
- Make the orange marinade by whisking together the orange juice, soy sauce, rosemary, and garlic. Next, pour over pork tenderloin and allow it to marinate for at least one hour or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Drain the pork, reserving the marinade, and place it on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and then roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 F.
Meanwhile, strain the reserved marinade and bring it to a simmer in a small saucepan. - Once finished, serve it as a sauce with the meat alongside a bed of steamed vegetables.
