- 2 -6oz cans tuna fish, drained and flaked
- 1 cup(s) cooked couscous
- 0.25 cup(s) green onions, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon(s) minced fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) salt & pepper
- 0.5 fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon(s) sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
Garlic Tuna Couscous Cakes Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Shape into 8 small patties
- Place on a greased baking sheet, brush the tops of each with olive oil
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min
