Mozzarella Pizza Crust

Now you can enjoy a low-carb pizza crust - just add your favorite sauce and toppings and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0.75 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, full-fat
- 0.25 tsp salt
- pizza pan or large flat sheet
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Use microwave-safe dish to heat almond flour, mozzarella, and cream cheese for 60 seconds until liquid.
- Toss the cheese and heat for an additional 30 seconds.
- Blend salt and egg into the cheese for about 30 seconds.
- Place a section of parchment paper on counter and transfer dough to the middle. Use another section of parchment paper to place over top.
- Flatten dough to no less than a quarter of an inch. Separate the top sheet of parchment paper and transfer the flattened dough to baking sheet or pan.
- Heat for 13 minutes or until color turns golden.
- Layer with toppings of your choice and heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
