Hi Lashonda!

I'm glad you've been sticking to the diet for almost 30 days now! That's wonderful, great job.

As far as the supplements are concerned, and considering the fact that you're still on Step 1, I would definitely continue to take the Daily Power Packs. It is very important, especially in Step 1, to follow the plan as it is laid out for you.

You may not even realize it, but those supplements (Omega, Multivitamin, and Cal/Mag) are very important to your body right now. Because you have eliminated certain types of foods from your diet, it is necessary to obtain the nutrients that you are missing out on via those Daily Power Packs.

So yes, keep up the good work with the diet and continue to take the power packs until you are further down the line and begin to incorporate food groups back into your diet again! We can talk about this more during Step 2!
