Hi Joanna!

Its really a good thing that you avoided the burger from the fast food restaurant. The problem with them is that, depending on the chain, most times the quality of the meat is not going to be close to lean ground beef. Some research shows that sometimes the meat is really only about 2-14% real! Much of the meat available from the chains out there may contain a lot of filler as well as trans fat, which is not good for your coronary health.

Best to stay away from those burgers, even without the condiments or bread!
