Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Deviled Eggs

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan

Ingredients

For 4 people ()

Recipe

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 6 tablespoon(s) walden farms mayo
  • 1 teaspoon(s) onion salt or onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon(s) mustard to taste
  • 1 dash(es) paprika for garnish on top

Deviled Eggs Directions

  1. Mix the yokes with Walden Farms – Mayo, Onion Salt and Mustard (To Taste)
  2. Mix and spoon back into the egg halves
  3. Optional – Garnish with a sprinkle of Paprika
  4. Enjoy!
