Sea Salt

Coriander and Thyme
Oven Roasted Turnip Chips Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Peel the turnip and slice thinly preferably with a mandolin
Lightly toss with olive oil and season with sea salt and your choice of spices (coriander & thyme)
Lay out in single layer on baking sheet lined with foil
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until desired crispiness
You can also try some sort of spicy rub like smoked paprika
